There are a good number of states that have indexed their minimum wage rates to the Consumer Price Index. Thus as of January 2, 2014 you have to pay people the higher rate if they have been paid less. In addition you will have to post what the new minimum wage is as of January 2, 2014. I have provided a link to most of these posters. The others can generally be found by visiting that state’s labor web page and downloading the poster.
